– Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. However, acceptance of the order occurs only after it has been processed and dispatched.

– All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
– We accept secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), and online payment gateways.
– If there is a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.

– We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within the time frame specified during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds
– Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
– Certain items, such as perishable goods or promotional items, may not qualify for returns or refunds.
– Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer.

Cancellation By Site/Customer:
Product once ordered, can only be canceled on the same day before 10 PM. The refund upon cancellation will begin thereafter and will reflect back in the account used for payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In case of an order placed, the site reserves the right to also cancel or limit the quantity an individual is allowed to order and we may, at our sole discretion, deny that transaction.
A suspicious activity may include and is not limited to, orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
In the case of such suspicious activities (aforementioned), a list of all fraudulent transactions will be noted and the right to deny access to those accounts is reserved by the site.
