Cancellation By Site/Customer

Product once ordered, can only be cancelled on the same day before 10PM. The refund upon cancellation will begin thereafter and will reflect back in the the account used for payment.We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In case of an order placed, the site reserves the right to also cancel or limit the quantity an individual is allowed to order and we may, at our sole discretion, deny that transaction.A suspicious activity may include and is not limited to, orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.In the case of such suspicious activities (aforementioned), a list of all fraudulent transactions will be noted and the right to deny access to those accounts is reserved by the site.

• Exchange/Returns for food products are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene & Safety guidelines.
