Ingredients: 100% Apricot
- Tree-ripened, hand-picked apricots are processed with old-world, traditional methods; sun-dried directly under the sunlight, and not treated with sulphur dioxide.
- These apricots have a light to dark brown color.
- The harvested apricots are laid on sack cloths, and dried out under the open sun for 2-3 days, until apricots soften significantly.
- Next, the apricots are collected and pitted by hand, one at a time.
