Keto Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup keto croutons
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts 200g each
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large head Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 56 g Sun Tasty Parmesan Puffed Cheese ( Crushed )

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle the chicken in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Heat a griddle pan or frying pan with the rest of the olive oil. Fry the chicken breasts for 4 – 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Don’t move during cooking. Rest on a chopping board whilst you assemble the salad.
  3. Toss the dressing through the lettuce. Slice the chicken breasts and toss on top with Parmesan Puffed Cheese and croutons.
