Chocolate-covered Freeze-dried Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 oz Bonaf freeze-dried strawberry
- 9 oz chocolate chips (1-1/2 cups)
- chopped nuts, Bonaf Freeze dried Strawberry (pieces) for sprinkling on top of chocolate.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or in a double boiler. If using the microwave, heat in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring between bursts. Do not overheat once melted
- Dunk strawberry into the chocolate and lay them out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all strawberries are covered. Top with chopped nuts, Freeze Dried Strawberry Pieces
- Allow chocolate to harden in the fridge for one hour. Once fully solidified, move pieces to an air-tight container in the freezer for storage.
