Ingredients
- 1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½lemon, juice
- 1large garlic clove grated
- ⅓tsp fine salt
- 170 gramsjarred grilled artichokes in oil, cut into wedges
- 1 can (400 grams) northern beans, drained
- 90 gramssalad leaves
- 35g Sun Tasty Parmesan Puffed cheese ( Crushed)
- black pepper, totaste
Instructions
- place olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic and a pinch of pepper in a jar. whisk well to emulsify.Place artichoke wedges and beans into a bowl, add
- half of the lemon garlic dressing and stir well to combine.
- Arrange the salad leaves on a large serving plate and top with the artichokes and the beans.
- when time to serve it, trickle over with the remaining lemon garlic dressing and finish with Parmesan , and freshly ground black pepper.
